Jacksonville’s Lesson & Showing Barn

Windemere has been serving the Jacksonville, Florida community for 30 years. We teach students of all ages and skill levels, horse care, horsemanship and how to ride. Windemere also actively shows at the local, state and national level.

Appaloosas

While our barn welcomes all breeds, we are heavily involved in the versatile Appaloosa breed and show on the ApHC circuit. We stand Appaloosa stallions and operate an Appaloosa breeding program. Many of our lesson and client horses are registered Appaloosa horses.

Safe, Friendly, Dedicated

When you ride and show at Windemere you’ll enjoy a welcoming and friendly environment that will support you in your riding goals, big or small. Safety is a top priority; our experienced trainers guide you through your program. Our friendly and dedicated team diligently manage the property and expertly care for the horses of Windemere.
